The obvious...Why shop here?

We know you have lots of party store options. When we first started shopping for our own get-togethers, we shopped them all. What we didn't find was a store focused on events for women. Nor did we find the quality or selection we wanted. Girlfriend Galas brings it all together for women, by women. And we test our products out on a regular basis. Check out our blog or our ideas page to see our products in action. Plus, we focus on making you feel as FABULOUS as possible from our packaging to our products. What is Girlfriend Galas versus The Giggling Goddess?

The Giggling Goddess is the LLC we created when we first conceived of the business. As we moved forward, the double G theme stuck. Our website and webstore, Girlfriend Galas, was the first and it contains all of the fun products that we tested and loved. Glamour-Grams came along shortly after and is always being expanded to include the the sets of Glam that we send to our Gal-Pals. Glam4Games was the result of the amazing season our favorite football team had in 2008 during which we wore our Cardinal Red boas to the games. We expect many more GG inspired sites and themes will be launched as we giggle and grow together and as a company.

Can I place a phone order or visit your store?

Girlfriend Galas does not operate a storefront at either of our locations. We are happy to accept phone orders via our toll free number: 866-561-3450, although we do occasionally have limited office hours. We make every effort to return any missed phone calls promptly, so please leave a detailed message if we are unavailable when you call. Our business hours vary due to the time of year and nature of our website, but we can typically be reached between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

How much stock do you keep on hand in case of a large order?

We strive to maintain a full inventory of the products available on our website unless noted as a "discontinued item". Our website is configured to only allow you to purchase the quantity in stock. If you would like to order a larger quantity than the website will allow, we suggest you call us at 866-561-3450 to order. Restocking an item in our warehouse usually takes 7-14 business days.

What if an item arrives broken or is not what I expected?

Items damaged in shipment are eligible for a replacement, store credit or refund. We may require the original shipment to be returned to our warehouse, so please do not discard any part of the shipment until you have spoken with us. Contact us via email at sales@girlfriendgalas.com or by phone 866-561-3450. Non-customized items may be returned or exchanged in a timely fashion in their original packaging with the original packing slip. Please contact us if you have any questions about a return.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days of placement unless otherwise noted on our shopping cart page. You will receive tracking information and/or a delivery confirmation number via the email address you provided as soon as the order is processed for shipment. This does not necessarily mean that your order is in transit as it can only be delivered to the carrier on an available business day. You will be notified if Girlfriend Galas experiences any unexpected delay in processing your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions.

Can I have an order rushed?

We offer Express Mail as a shipping option at checkout. This service typically takes 2 business days in transit and is guaranteed by the 2nd business day. We also now offer a RUSH SHIPPING FEE of $10.00 for same day shipping when available. You must contact us at sales@girlfriendgalas for availability, instructions and an authorization code. This service may be affected by USPS pick-up and drop off times, hours, availabilty and holidays.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Once an order is processed and you receive tracking information, the order has been shipped and therefore cannot be cancelled. You should be eligible for a return or exchange depending on the circumstances. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order and we will do our best to make arrangements. An attempt to cancel an order after shipment or refusal of the delivery may result in the shipping fees being deducted from the refund or credit due. We ask that you take care in ordering.

How do I get discounts and current promotions?

Please sign up for our newsletter, like our page on Facebook, subscribe to our blog, or follow us on Twitter to receive current promotions. Our newsletter is sent to our customers approximately every 4-6 weeks with current promotions, new products and updates.

What days are you open?

We maintain normal business hours, Monday through Friday from approximately 9-5 p.m. MST unless otherwise noted on our website. We are closed for the following federal holidays (because if the Post Office is closed, we can't ship!!):

Do you ship internationally?

Our website is not set up to handle international orders, but with direct communication, we usually can fulfill them. We will need the item numbers to be ordered and the shipping address to determine shipping costs. Once we have the total amount due, we will email you a Paypal request for the amount. We ship as soon as we receive payment. Email us with the above information for a quote.
